What is the V&G Procurement Barometer?
This is the author’s diagnostic system, reflecting the meaning of our Mission. The presented study is based on international practices and our successful experience at their implementation in Russia.
The ground is based on an interview containing about 100 questions on six key areas of procurement:
- spend analysis and cost management;
- strategic sourcing;
- contract management;
- purchase requisition management;
- order/stock management;
- payments.
In one day you get a maturity assessment of each direction (strengths and development potential) according to four parameters:
Organization – availability of rules, procedures and methods necessary for the effective procurement work;
Maturity – level of professional development and depth of processes;
Tools – level of process automation and the availability of useful tools;
Culture – realization of values and beliefs associated with the company.
And also you get an individual Development Plan with our recommendations on the evolution of the procurement function, organizational and technical transformation.
